Heat extraction energy
Our technology enables manufacturers to extract excess heat up to 400°C from air or water ducts downstream of their industrial processes, without maintenance or flow modifications

Heat wave from industrial oven
Some industrial processes require a significant amount of energy, most of which is dissipated directly through the release of heat. This loss can be limited thanks to our technology, which converts heat into directly usable electricity

Design
Our thermoelectric generation systems are optimized to maximize the conversion of heat to electricity at minimal cost. They are custom tailored for your application, based on your objectives, taking into account the nature and quality of the hot and cold sources, the space and operational constraints.
Production
Once checked and vetted after design review, the thermoelectric generation systems are manufactured, assembled, integrated and checked from A to Z in our facility located at the heart of Walloon Brabant.
Set-up
After factory tests, your energy harvesting system is installed by our team at your facility, minimizing impact with your operations. System validation is thoroughly performed during standard operation until final site acceptance test.

decarbonization. The thermoelectric generators developed at UCLouvain for 10
years and used to convert wasted heat into electricity in industrial
environments fall in this category; contrary to competing solutions, the
optimized Fe2VAl material of UCLouvain is based only on largely available
and affordable constituents, with a local supply chain, which allows for
massive introduction and scalability of the system. Thanks to the support and
expertise of BXVentures, strong business development and industrialization
scenarios are put in place. This is exactly the type of acceleration that a
start-up like Thermo Power needs to achieve its goal of valorising every joule
of wasted heat !
